That goal is to provide comfort for all those around me. I aim to provide the safest place for you to let down your armoring and feel true peace & healing within.
Hi! I’m Julia Bakhtiari, founder of The Embodied Club, a licensed massage therapist specializing in relaxation. After 15 years in the Air Force, I’ve moved from Milwaukee to Nashville, and I am thrilled to bring my passion for healing and wellness to this vibrant community.
I’m passionate about holistic healing and overall health and well-being. I am excited (Thrilled!) to announce that Lymphatic Drainage services will also be coming soon! Although I love working events and being the quick pause of relaxation during a girl’s trip, I truly love providing my listed massage therapy techniques to all that inquire.

Super simple! Just clear a little space (about the size of a yoga mat plus some room to walk around), and pick a quiet, cozy spot. I’ll bring everything…massage table, soft sheets, oils, music—so you can just relax and enjoy. Want to shower before? Totally up to you, but not required

Absolutely. I’m pet-friendly and completely comfortable working in homes with animals. As long as your pet isn’t disruptive or anxious during the session, they’re welcome to stay in the space. If they tend to get excited or overly curious, it can be helpful to have a quiet spot set up for them nearby so you can fully relax without interruptions.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Most clients undress to their comfort level, many choose to be fully undressed under the sheet, while others leave on underwear. You’ll be fully draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. COMFORT IS KEY!

Your session price includes everything you need for a relaxing experience: travel (within 20 miles of Wedgewood), full setup, and your hands-on massage time. I bring the table, fresh linens, oils, music—everything. Add-ons like enhancements or upgrades are totally optional, and tipping is always appreciated but never expected.
If you're located more than 20 miles outside of Wedgewood, there's a small $20 travel fee to help cover the extra time and distance.
